Phase 3 Marketing and Communications Appoints Jenny Harris and Gail Turner-Cooper to Executive Vice Presidents and Promotes Aji Abraham to Senior Vice President of Accounting

Individual performance and company growth bring new roles

 

ATLANTA – February 2017 – Phase 3 Marketing and Communications, an end-to-end marketing, PR, creative, digital, print and marketing logistics service provider, continues their steady company growth by appointing two long-time employees to executive vice presidents, and promoting 12-year employee to senior vice president of accounting.

“Over the past 24 months, our company has grown approximately 27 percent,” said Ken Holsclaw – president, Phase 3 Marketing and Communications. “This expansion has come from organic growth as well as the strategic acquisitions we’ve made. However, none of it would be possible without the hard work and dedication from these three who have been with us years.”

 

Jenny Harris, former senior vice president, has been appointed to executive vice president, Atlanta and Charleston. Harris has been with Phase 3 since its inception in February 2001. Over the last 16 years, she has been instrumental in building and overseeing the Atlanta operations as well as the company’s additional offices in Charleston, Nashville, Charlotte and Dallas. She has guided Atlanta to year-over-year growth and profitability every year since its beginning, has overseen Charleston to profitability in her second full year of managing it and currently supervises over the largest P&L in the company.

 

Gail Turner-Cooper, former senior vice president, has been appointed to executive vice president of operations and purchasing. Turner-Cooper has over 20 years of experience in both the graphic design and digital printing industries. She has been with Phase 3 since its inception in February 2001 playing an integral role in the growth of the company. From 2001- 2009, Gail oversaw all aspects of company purchasing including raw materials used in the print process along with the identification, acquisition and financing of all print and finishing equipment. Additionally, she oversaw the day to day operations of the entire print production department of the Atlanta facility. In her current role, Gail directly oversees the estimating, purchasing, recruiting and training departments for the entire company.

 

Aji Abraham, former vice president, has been promoted to senior vice president of accounting. Abraham has been with the company for over 12 years starting as a staff accountant. Over the years, he has progressed in responsibility to include AP management, payroll, health benefits and 401Ks. Recently, he assumed the title of controller and began also overseeing AR management, invoicing, complete P&L construction, corporate taxes and auditing. His attention to detail, multitasking and fiscal and cash management have been instrumental in the success of the company.
